1. Commitment
By signing up for our services, you commit to the agreed-upon payment plan and term.
2. Termination
Notwithstanding any other provision herein, should you elect to terminate the agreed-upon payment plan (as discussed on the phone with Brix) prior to the expiration of the term, you shall be liable for payment of fifty percent (50%) of the remaining balance due for the unexpired portion of the term.
3. Acknowledgement
By proceeding with the purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms set forth in this Agreement.
4. Communication
Any changes or modifications to this Agreement can be change by Brix Fitness without warning to client.
5. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of each parties respective state.
6. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through amicable negotiations. If the parties fail to resolve the dispute within 30 days, it shall be settled by arbitration.
7. Understanding
By agreeing to this contract, client agrees to sign the “training waiver” given to them through the app.
