I like this video. I am envious of your transformation. I am also afraid that at the old age of u70, I cannot even begin to change.

The past couple of years of working with Robert as an online trainer have been life changing. What I appreciate is the grace he brings as a coach. He truly cares about the people he coaches and tries to do his best to provide workouts and meal plans that his clients can REALISTICALLY implement into their lifestyle. I am someone who has struggled with childhood obesity and yo-yo dieting my entire life. It hasn’t been until these past two years that I’ve been able to work nutrition and fitness into my lifestyle in a way that is sustainable and not just a fad. I attribute this to Brix’s coaching approach that is focused on the long term as opposed to quick short term gains.
