Superset each of the following workouts. Choose a light\medium weight

Complete 3 sets of each superset

15 reps -Flat bench press

45 sec –  high knees


15 reps – Seated shoulder press (Dumbbell)

10 – weighted squat hops


15 – Bent over Dumbbell rows

40 – Mt. Climbers


15 – Deadlifts

10 – Star Jumps
