OUR THANKSGIVING CIRCUIT WORKOUT (FULL WORKOUT)

We started our day giving thanks for our strong healthy bodies by torching some fat with an intense 30 min circuit workout!  Try it out and comment your thoughts.

Circuit 1

1-minute jump rope

15 pushups

20 air squats

Circuit 2

Dumbbell snatch (8 each arm)

10 weighted squat hops

15 weighted situps

Circuit 3

16 renegade rows

40 Mt. Climbers

40-second plank

Finisher

3 Incline sprints (100% all out max effort)
